I love this book. The recipes are easy and most of the ingredients are items you already have. I made the Peanut Butter Cake Mix Brownies, and served them topped with whipped cream to a party of 5. Needless to say the brownies were a hit. My guests ate every last one of them. I can't wait to fool my guests into thinking I'm a great baker with the next Cake Mix Recipe. I highly recommend this book to everyone!! Fun and easy recipes to satisfy every sweet tooth!! There's something for everyone!!
Good recipes for the cook that does not have time to make a cake from scratch but still wants something that is different in taste.
I loved the recipes from this book. They are so quick and easy and DELICIOUS! The only thing I recommend is that if you live at high altitude, be sure and follow the instructions on the cake mix for cooking at elevations above 3500 feet. I forgot to do that the first time I made them and while the cookies were still tasty they all ran together. The smores cookie recipe is particularly wonderful. Better than the real thing in my opinion. YUM!
