I can't wait to try most of these recipes. I love broccoli and am always looking for new ways to prepare it. I think this book will satisfy my search.
Many creative ideas for broccoli meals. It would be nice if pictures would be included.
If you like recipes using frozen chopped broccoli, cheese 'food', and canned condensed soups this book is for you. If not, continue searching. There was even a recipe for a broccoli cheese frittata using canned condensed cream of broccoli soup as the only broccoli in the recipe.
Using frozen chopped broccoli isn't too bad, but combined with condensed soup and and cheese 'food' it's just gross.

Now I can do more than pulverized it and put it in soup. I wish she there were pictures of some of the recipes.
These little cookbooks put out by The Ultimate Guide are great! The fact that I have so many to refer to, or just get ideas for new favorites is awesome. I always look for them from Encore to get them free the first days they are released.
